This message is to inform you of SGCMS’s Valentine’s Day policy. We will only accept outside deliveries from businesses this year, and they must follow our guidelines as specified for deliveries. No individual deliveries will be accepted from individuals which include, but not limited to, parents, other relatives, students, etc. For deliveries made by businesses, no glass containers or balloons are allowed on the bus. Please keep this in mind when making arrangements for delivery to the middle school.
Also, students will not be permitted to have balloons, stuffed animals, flowers, etc. in the building or classrooms during the school day.
If the students do not pick up their deliveries on Monday, February 14th by 3:15 pm, they will need to contact the florist as the deliveries will be sent back.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter. If you have any questions, please contact the main office.

GCSSD will be closed Friday, February 4, 2022.

Due to the predicted inclement weather, GCSSD will be out of school Thursday, February 3, 2022.

The Library is also trying to refresh and add to our Makerspace collection that students enjoy using. We hope that you will join Mrs. Grace and help her reach these goals for our students to have a great school library. The fundraiser runs from February 1-15, 2022. It's almost time for the South Gibson County Middle School Love My Library Fundraiser!
Love My Library is a fun and exciting way to build a home library while helping us raise money for our library. Our fundraiser starts Feb 1st 2022. The goals for this fundraiser are to replace books that had to be taken out of our collection due to age or outdated information. Our second goal for the fundraiser is to purchase more STEM items for our library. We hope that you will help support this effort to make our library a place that students enjoy coming to each day.
We know you have limited time, but want the best education for your reader. That’s why we hope everyone will activate their reader's account as soon as possible. This is where your reader can create their wishlist.
We encourage you to activate your reader’s account today by clicking on https://www.lovemylibrary.com/reader-signup?library_code=339-sueByl&v=1 and following the simple instructions so your reader may qualify for their first FREE Book Bucks!
